Provides day to day operational support of a 7x24x365
data center
2.
Participate on a regular on-call support rotation, one
week every 5 weeks

May be required to travel both domestically and

Under general supervision, serve as the in-house
technical expert" responsible for, implementation, support, and testing of
server infrastructure, networking, data storage, backup and recovery, and
archiving platforms
12.
Collaborate with external vendors responsible for day
to day operations of the data storage, backup and recovery, archiving, and UNIX
server/OS infrastructure
13.
Collaborate with the network/client/server teams to
resolve problems, and take appropriate corrective action(s) to ensure systems
are operating correctly and within established operational and functional SLA's
14.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support of data storage,
backup/recovery, and archiving infrastructure HW/SW Position may also include
the responsibility for 2nd level support of the UNIX based client/server HW/SW
15.
Monitor performance and availability to meet or exceed
established service level standards
16.
Candidate must pay attention to detail and be process
oriented, innovative, self-starting, hands-on technology professional that is
able to work with minimal supervision
II. List of Offshore
maintenance forman qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred preferably in accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent experience in payroll administration
- 2 to 4 years of full function payroll administration experience utilizing with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) payroll system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications with an emphasis in Excel, Word, and Access including advanced features
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and high level of professionalism and courtesy in diverse situations
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to work independently and execute responsibilities with planning, organization, and accuracy in a high volume, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong mathematical skills with ability to research, analyze, and correct time and payroll data
- Strong written and oral skills Communicates in a precise and clear manner
- Able to work flexible schedule and overtime when necessary
- Professional payroll certification such as the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Prior experience with other functional areas of top-tier ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards
- Prior experience in a global payroll environment
- Prior experience with system implementations or system conversions or both
