I. List of Offshore maintenance supervisor duties:

1. Operate pumping and transport equipment in accordance with company procedures. 
2. Follows proper rig up procedures.
3. Ensures supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.
4. Provides front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.
5. Handles special projects as assigned.
6. Maintains assigned equipment, performs daily inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements. 
7. Ability to safely operate, maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment.
8. Report all operational deficiencies to Supervisor and maintenance personnel.
9. Proficiently performs equipment inspection and maintenance as requested and completes paperwork.
10. Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

II. List of Offshore maintenance supervisor qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
3. Must have a minimum of 3 years of oil field experience specific to Drilling OR Coiled Tubing rig experience.
4. Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
5. Valid Driver’s License required to operate a company vehicle.
6. Must be able to work offshore.
7. Willing to work in harsh and outdoor rig work environment.
8. Must be able to work on call 21/7 schedule.
9. General knowledge of machines, tools, and banding materials, including their uses, repair, and maintenance.
10. Strong problem solving skills
11. Must be able to meet Physical Requirements of Rigging Up.
