I. List of Offshore floorman duties:
                               1.            Manage a team of offshore Development and Quality Assurance resources
                               2.            Participate in interviewing and hiring new offshore resources
                               3.            Work with onshore Technical Analysts to create thorough, detailed, and accurate requirements for offshore development and testing
                               4.            Participate in the full software development lifecycle
                               5.            Participate in the early stages of the product design and requirements gathering process, working with both Product and Project Management teams
                               6.            Work closely with the onshore development team
                               7.            Ensure the timely delivery of projects (built and tested) from the offshore team that aligns with the overall OneDisburse release schedule
                               8.            Provide reporting on the progress and status of offshore work, as well as notifying the appropriate resources to help mitigate issues if/when they arise
                               9.            Hold regular staff meetings with offshore team
                            10.            Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
                            11.            At least 3 years managing offshore Development and Quality Assurance teams
                            12.            At least 5 years software development experience with object oriented languages (experience with Java programming preferred)
                            13.            Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle experience a plus)
                            14.            Experience with developing, managing, and/or designing mobile applications a plus
                            15.            Good technical diagnostic expertise including problem investigation, reproduction, and resolution skills
                            16.            Ability to work under pressure, with aggressive release deadlines
                            17.            Assertive self-starting attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
                            18.            Exceptional communications (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
                            19.            Ability to acquire new skills efficiently and thrives in a collaborative team environment
                            20.            Working knowledge and experience with source control systems, bug tracking applications, developer IDEs, and different SDLCs 
II. List of Offshore floorman qualifications

                         1.            Knowledge of related tools and equipment, and their specific functions.
                         2.            Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses and basic maintenance.
                         3.            Knowledge of the drilling rig and rig operations.
                         4.            The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects.
                         5.            The ability to judge which of several objects is closer or farther away from you, or to judge the distance between you and an object.
                         6.            Able to work and communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
                         7.            Must be able to distinguish ineffective or damaged equipment and make repairs as needed.
                         8.            Must be able to recognized unsafe work conditions and make adjustments accordingly.
                         9.            The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.
                     10.            Must apply skillful techniques to repair and maintain machines and equipment in a timely manner.
