I. Key qualifications/requirements
1.
Bachelor's Degree OR Associate''s Degree in Electrical
Engineering, Electronic Technology or related field with a minimum of 2 years
of industry experience OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years
of professional work experience in a related field
2.
Minimum of 4 years of Field Service and Commissioning
experience with drives and/or power and/or automation systems or educational
knowledge within related field
3.
Ability and willingness to travel to destinations in
the USA
or overseas on short notice and for extended periods of time to troubleshoot
existing GE systems as required
4.
Possesses detailed knowledge, competence and expertise
with installation and commissioning tasks and services for GE products and
systems
5.
Solid computer proficiency and technical aptitude with
the ability to utilize MS Office applications
6.
Ability to learn and follow defined departmental
policies, procedures and practices
7.
Ability to make decisions with regards to completion of
tasks and job methods and follow through with results of outcome
8.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills essential
9.
Ability to interact and communicate with internal
customers. Internal customers may include production, engineers, and management
personnel
