I. List of Offshore diver duties:

        1.            Delivery of integrity management and engineering consultancy work for all types of offshore structures including fixed, floating and subsea on time, to budget and of high quality
        2.            Checking and reviewing technical deliverables including reports, technical notes, drawings and engineering calculations
        3.            Maintaining and developing client relationships
        4.            Managing the provision of efficient high quality integrity management services
        5.            Managing your own and others cost and time targets to deliver high quality integrity management services to oil and gas industry clients
        6.            Developing proposals and tenders
        7.            Contributions to business and marketing plans
        8.            Cost tracking and responsibility for invoicing
        9.            Line management
    10.            Implement succession planning for developing and ensuring the continuing competence of the structural integrity team

II. List of Offshore diver qualifications

        1.            An engineering degree (honors or equivalent) in civil, mechanical, structural, naval architecture or similar
        2.             Recently qualified (PE or CEng) by a recognized engineering institution
        3.             Offshore/marine integrity management, assessment and analysis experience (5 years)
        4.             Project control and management experience
        5.             Experience overseeing the inspections offshore for diver and ROV inspections
        6.             Preparing and estimating successful responses to bids across a range of expertise
        7.             Offshore/marine integrity management, assessment and analysis experience (10 years)
        8.             Understanding of wave loading and vessel motions
        9.             Experience in the assessment and analysis of fixed platforms and/or floating systems
    10.             Experience in hydrodynamic software packages (ideally Sesam HydroD, AQWA, Flexcom) would be beneficial
    11.             Experience in advanced FEA packages (ideally SACS, Sesam, USFOS or ABAQUS) would be beneficial
    12.             Project control and management experience
    13.             Interest in staff development issues and line management
    14.             CSWIP 3.4U Underwater Inspection Controllers or equivalent qualification
    15.            Working knowledge of national and international standards, codes and regulations applicable to offshore structures
    16.            Basic NDT qualifications i.e. MPI, DP, UT
    17.            Providing management level supervision of inspection delivery teams
    18.            A co-operative and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients
    19.            Self-motivating, reliable, consistent and mature approach to work
    20.            Able to work independently and in small teams
    21.            Acceptance of responsibility for work carried out
    22.            Flexible working attitude and availability to work outside normal hours if required
    23.            Good presentation skills and the ability to interface with clients
    24.            Ability to cope rapidly with challenging problems
    25.            Ability to build relationships and win work from new and existing clients
