I. List of Roustabout duties:

1. Assign responsibilites and coordinate the work of craft personnel.
2. Coordinate personnel schedules and monitor the level of work performed.
3. Scrape, clean, prime, and apply protective coatings on various surfaces as required.
4. Dig ditches, tunnels, bores, and back fills as required.
5. Lift, carry, and handle construction supplies and materials.
6. Assist journey-level workers. 
7. Assist in the repair and lubrication of equipment and machinery.
8. Operate light machinery and equipment as required.
9. Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and the general work area.
10. Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.
11. Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.

II. List of Roustabout qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED with a minimum of two years related training and experience required. A combination of training and experience may be substituted for the diploma requirement.
2. a Class B CDL is required for this position.  
3. Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred
4. General maintenance experience desired
5. Familiar with the basics of  general construction (fence building, tank battery construction, basic blueprints, etc.)
6. Willing to handle Relief Pumper duties when needed
7. Utilize hand tools to make basic repairs to equipment
8. Willingness to work outside in various type of weather
