I. List of Offshore cleaner duties:

1. Performs troubleshooting activities at site locations to diagnose problems, determine appropriate resolution, and implements corrective actions
2. Performs installation and commissioning activities at customer site locations. Must be capable of working unsupervised and leading small teams
3. Under the direction of a senior engineer performs a wide range of engineering tasks to ensure the technical integrity and proper installation and commissioning of Converteam systems
4. Develops presentations and provides training and instruction to customers on system operations
5. Promotes sales of maintenance services
6. Performs other related engineering tasks to facilitate proper commissioning and customer satisfaction
7. Provides continuous, 24 hour by 7 day a week, support in response to customer calls for service
8. Ensures appropriate response and service is provided to customer

II. List of Offshore cleaner qualifications

        1.            Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years experience

        2.            Minimum of 5 years' experience in related field

        3.            Broad knowledge of precedents, principals and practices used in the design of power equipment and/or systems

        4.            Experience in marine applications

        5.            Strong analytical and problem solving skills

        6.            Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

        7.            Strong PC skills including standard Microsoft applications

        8.            Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated

        9.            Strong organizational skills

    10.            Demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
